Have you been looking for some tips & tricks to simplify your NetSuite life? Look no further! The Vested Group's support team, inVESTED, has compiled a list of common NetSuite pain points and we want to share them with you!

1. Keyboard Shortcuts for Dates

• Today’s date = t
• Yesterday’s date = y
• Tomorrow’s date = T
• Last day of the month = m
• Move days forwards = + (plus sign)
• Move days backwards = - (minus sign)

2. Global Search Shortcuts

• Go directly to the global search bar = Alt + G
• Wildcard search = %
• Exact match search = “ “
• Open search in new window = ::
• Example- emp::Brittany
• Underscore placeholder = _
• Example- cu: 4_5 to pull customers 415, 425, 435, etc.
• Combine searches= OR
• Example- Su% OR Susan% OR Sus%

• Home > Set Preferences > Appearance tab
• Pro tip: Setup a different color scheme for Sandbox vs. Production

6. Delete Multiple Records at Once

• Create search or pull up list
• Enable inline editing to show green checkmark (note that NEW column should be visible on the far left)
• Hold CTRL key to select multiple items (note that this must be on a column with the pencil icon)
• Hover over NEW field and click Delete Record
