If you are a current NetSuite user, you are most likely aware of the new 2014.1 release of NetSuite. This update was rolled out towards the end of February and you can read more about the updates in this article on our blog. In any area, changes are typically made with improvement in mind but this doesn’t mean that change isn’t also frustrating at times. It is human nature to get used to routine, particularly when it comes to professional tasks. With this in mind, we would like to share a helpful document from NetSuite below in hopes of easing your transition to using NetSuite 2014.1.
New Features FAQ - The 2014.1 New Features FAQ from SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) is a great place to start if you are looking for clarification on some of the new features of the 2014.1 release. To access this document, you need to log on to your NetSuite account and navigate to the SuiteAnswers site from the Support menu option.
The 2014.1 New Features FAQ document is organized by module including General Accounting, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Payroll, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SFA (Sales Force Automation), Inventory, Manufacturing, and more. This arrangement allows you to easily find answers to questions about specific areas of NetSuite. NetSuite support is currently in the process of documenting the rest of the FAQs and will update the contents of this document throughout the release season for v2014.1, so check back often for new information.
