NetSuite Tips and Tricks: NetSuite Support Resources

NetSuite’s SuiteAnswers is a searchable knowledge base where users can explore topics of interest and find answers to specific questions.  At the SuiteAnswers site, users can enter a specific search term and view support articles, training videos, help topics, and best practices related to their topic of interest.  All NetSuite users have searchable access to this rich repository of answers; SuiteAnswers is an excellent resource for self-service support and training related inquiries. Users can use SuiteAnswers to:  

  • Search the knowledge base for an answer to any support question
  • View ranked search results sorted by relevance
  • Browse the Learning Center's extensive self-paced training catalog and take a course
  • Rate and provide feedback on knowledge articles and training courses
  • Open a support case online or by phone.
